Solutions Overview
ESI designs and hosts customer-company collaboration (“exchange”) solutions using intelligent software agents.
As shown in the Exhibit above, an ESI exchange solution contains the three key elements required for a true turnkey performance improvement capability:
- The ESI proprietary collaboration workflows needed at the various points of interaction to optimize the buyer-seller value exchanges
- The ESI GiveGet technology environment (offered on an ASP basis) needed to automate the buyer-seller collaboration sessions and to register, track and settle the resulting value exchange agreements
- The ESI skill sets and people to provide the support services needed to maximize the performance of the exchange solution including IT integration, session scripting, fulfillment, modeling/analytics, etc
Exchange solutions can produce significant benefits for both businesses and consumer communities (“buyers”).
Exchange solutions can be deployed by businesses across key industry verticals (such as financial services, telecommunications, retailing etc.) to drive significant performance improvement.
Exchange solutions can also be deployed by consumer communities (such as associations, unions, web communities, colleges/universities etc.) to drive significant increases in member acquisition, affinity, and profitability.
